Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F, place the skewer on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Place sheet on middle rack and cook for 7 minutes, flip and bake on the other side for 7 minutes.
Pan-Fry or BBQ: Place bacon side down on preheated pan or grill. Cook until bacon is to your desired crispness. Flip and cook the same on the other bacon side. Finish on the scallop side for 1-2 minutes on each side.
