Made fresh at Caudle’s Catch. Fresh, large wild-caught sea scallops wrapped with double-smoked bacon. Sold by the piece.
Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F, place scallops on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Place sheet on middle rack and cook for 7 minutes, flip and bake on the other side for 7 minutes.
Pan-Fry or BBQ: Place bacon side down on preheated pan or grill. Cook until bacon is to your desired crispness. Turn the scallop until bacon is uniformly cooked all around. Finish on the scallop side for 1-2 minutes on each side.
